Our flight school near Toluca Lake is based at Van Nuys Airport (KVNY), about 9 miles west, where you can start training on your schedule seven days a week.
Life in Toluca Lake revolves around Riverside Drive, the tree-lined residential streets around the private lake and Lakeside Golf Club, and the studio lots just beyond. Many residents work at the nearby studios, with call times that change weekly. Toluca Lake is about 9 miles from Van Nuys Airport. A common route is the 101 west through the Valley to the 405 north, then exiting at Sherman Way or Roscoe Boulevard and heading west to Balboa Boulevard. If you prefer surface streets, Burbank Boulevard or Victory Boulevard run straight across the Valley toward the airport. Our school is at 7900 Balboa Blvd, Main Terminal, Van Nuys, CA 91406.
